Phill’s BBQ brings the American food truck concept to Central Switzerland. The offer is based entirely on the holy trinity of barbecue: spare ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork.
With the 'Phill's Burger', lovers of the classic will also get their money's worth. The potatoes for our homemade fries come from farmer Iten in Zug and the rolls from the Staub bakery in Neuheim ZG.
The central Swiss meat is supplied by the Heinzer butcher shop from the Muotatahl.
